Can’t log in to Assignd? Here are the most common problems and how to fix them.
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page.
Enter the email you used to sign up.
Check your email for a password reset link.
Follow the link and set a new password.
Check spam/junk
Make sure you entered the correct email
Wait a minute or two, then try again
Try any other email addresses you use (school email vs. personal email).
If you signed in with Google or another SSO before, use the same method again.
Caps Lock isn’t on
There are no extra spaces before/after your email or password
You’re using the same login method (email vs. Google) as when you signed up
If you still can’t log in, reset your password.
Wait 10–15 minutes
Try again with the correct details
If available, use the password reset option
The email you’re trying to log in with
How you originally created your account (email/Google/etc.)
A screenshot of the error message (if possible)
