Quiz – Short assessments, sometimes not heavily weighted but still important.
Test/Exam – Major assessments that usually require more prep.
Project – Multi-step tasks like presentations, research projects, or group work.
Other/Task – Things like “bring in permission slip” or “print lab report.”
You can filter your views (e.g., only see tests this month).
You can prioritize your day:
Big tests near the top
Small tasks later
If you track grades, knowing the type can help you remember how important each item is.
Open the assignment.
Look for the Type field.
Choose a different type from the list.
Save.
