How to Reset or Change Your Email Address

If you typed your email wrong when signing up or want to switch from a school email to a personal one (or vice versa), you may be able to change it in your account settings.

Changing your email (if supported)

  1. Go to Settings → Account.

  2. Look for an Email field or Change email button.

  3. Enter your new email address.

  4. You may be asked to:

    • Re-enter your password

    • Verify the new email via a confirmation link

  5. Check your inbox and click the verification link if required.

After this, you’ll log in with your new email going forward.

If your email was entered incorrectly at sign-up

If you can’t log in because of a typo:

  • Try signing up again with the correct email, or

  • Contact support if you already added important data to the wrong account and need help recovering it.

Include:

  • The mistaken email (as best as you remember it)

  • The email you actually use

  • Approximate date you signed up
