How to Report a Bug or Request a New Feature

We want Assignd to genuinely help you, and your feedback is a big part of that.

Reporting a bug

If something is broken:

  1. Note what you were doing when it happened:

    • What page?

    • What did you click?

    • What did you expect to happen vs. what actually happened?

  2. Take a screenshot if possible.

  3. Contact support via:

    • In-app “Help” or “Support” button, or

    • Email (listed on your support page)

Include:

  • Device type (phone, tablet, laptop)

  • Browser or app version

  • Approximate time of the issue

The more detail you give, the easier it is to fix.

Requesting a new feature

If you have an idea:

  • Explain what problem you’re trying to solve, not just the feature itself.

For example:

“I want an easier way to plan study sessions for exams,”
is more helpful than
“Add a separate exam planner page.”

We can’t promise every feature, but we read and appreciate all suggestions.
