If something is broken:
Note what you were doing when it happened:
What page?
What did you click?
What did you expect to happen vs. what actually happened?
Take a screenshot if possible.
Contact support via:
In-app “Help” or “Support” button, or
Email (listed on your support page)
Include:
Device type (phone, tablet, laptop)
Browser or app version
Approximate time of the issue
The more detail you give, the easier it is to fix.
If you have an idea:
Explain what problem you’re trying to solve, not just the feature itself.
For example:
“I want an easier way to plan study sessions for exams,”is more helpful than“Add a separate exam planner page.”
We can’t promise every feature, but we read and appreciate all suggestions.
