Can Teachers Use Assignd? (Guide for Educators)

Assignd is primarily built for students, but teachers can absolutely use it too.

How teachers use Assignd

Many teachers use it to:

• Track their own schedule

• Plan units and test dates

• Create a “mirror” of what they assign in class

• Model good planning habits for students

If we offer a teacher-specific dashboard in the future, we’ll document it separately.

Recommending Assignd to students

If you’d like your students to use Assignd:

• Share the website or app link with them.

• Consider dedicating a few minutes to show:

  • How to add classes

  • How to enter assignments

  • How to check daily and weekly views

Students are more likely to stick with it if you give them time in class to get set up.
