If the web app isn’t loading properly or feels slow, try the steps below.
1. Check your internet connection
Make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data.
Try loading another website to confirm the connection.
2. Refresh and try again
Press Refresh in your browser.
If the page partially loads, wait a few seconds to see if it finishes.
3. Try a different browser
Assignd usually works best in:
Chrome
Edge
Safari
Firefox (recent versions)
If you’re using an outdated browser or school-managed device, try another browser if possible.
4. Clear cache/cookies for Assignd
Sometimes old cached files cause issues:
Open your browser settings.
Find Privacy or Site settings.
Clear cache/cookies for assigndapp.com / web.assigndapp.com.
Log in again.
5. Disable aggressive browser extensions
Ad blockers, privacy tools, or script blockers can interfere with modern web apps.
Temporarily disable them.
Refresh Assignd.
If it works, add web.assigndapp.com as an allowed site.
6. Check our status (if you have a status page)
If we have a public status page, you’ll see if there’s a current outage.
7. Contact support
If none of this helps, send support:
