Billing, Subscriptions, and Refunds (If Applicable)

Free vs. paid plans

Assignd may offer:

  • A free plan with core features

  • One or more paid plans with extras (advanced analytics, more classes, custom reminders, etc.)

Check the Pricing page for an up-to-date list.

How billing works

  • Subscriptions are usually monthly or yearly.

  • Payment is processed via a secure provider (e.g., Stripe, App Store, Google Play).

  • Plans typically auto-renew until canceled.

Updating payment method

From Settings → Billing:

  1. Open your subscription details.

  2. Click Update payment method.

  3. Enter new card details or payment information.

  4. Save.

If you subscribed through an app store, you’ll need to manage billing in your App Store / Google Play account instead.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel at any time:

  • In Assignd’s Billing page, or

  • In your app store subscription settings

You’ll usually keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

Refunds are typically handled by:

  • Our support team when purchased directly, or

  • Apple/Google if purchased through their stores (they control that process)

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with:

  • The email linked to your account

  • The date and amount of the charge

  • Any receipts you received
